OVERVIEW
The villa is located on the island of Hvar on a wooded slope above the deep blue Adriatic. It is surrounded by vineyards, and has a half acre walled garden with large pool (10 x 4 square metres) and children's playground. Just below, there are charming coves with fine pebble beaches. It is arranged as three apartments, all of which have their own separate entrances and terraces. Each apartment has a safe in one of the bedrooms. The villa can be rented as separate apartments or as a whole unit with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and several sitting rooms and kitchens, thus it is suitable for large groups. There is a laundry room for the use of all the guests, and a large outdoor barbecue. The villa sleeps 14 and with the use of three extra beds/sofa beds (preferably used for children), it can sleep a maximum of 17 people, on request only. The three apartments are a 1 bed apartment (sleeping 2) and a two bed apartment (sleeping 4) on the ground floor and a 4 bed apartment (sleeping 8) on the first floor. The apartments can be rented separately and would share the pool and garden area but have private terrace areas. The owners live in an apartment on the first floor and are on hand to assist at all times.
The owners are using homemade natural soaps to wash bedlinen and towels and most of their household cleaners are also homemade, safe and chemical-free cleaners. You will find handmade olive oil based soaps in each bathroom. The owner also produces homemade beverages, jams, honey, olive oil, facial creams and much more. These products can be purchased.

GROUND FLOOR
One bedroom apt (sleeps 2) & a Two bedroom apt (sleeps 4).
The one bedroom apartment consists of a double bedroom with hardwood flooring and a classic king size bed which can be separated into twin beds, a shower room, an open plan stylish kitchen/living room and larder. All the bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. The sitting room contains a satellite TV/DVD player, HiFi and internet access. It opens onto an L-shaped terrace equipped with wooden furniture where there are scents from the local lavender, rosemary, oranges and pomegranate trees and stunning views of the sea.
The two bedroom apartment has two spacious bedrooms with hardwood flooring , each with a large, en-suite bathroom. All the bed linen and towels are included. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area have direct access to a terrace filled with flowers. The décor is sunny, predominating with warm yellows and cool blues and greens of the sea, and open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole house. The apartment has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The sitting room contains a satellite TV/DVD player, HiFi and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery, all inclusive.
UPPER GROUND FLOOR
Four bedroom apartment (sleeps 8).
On the upper ground floor of the villa there is a 160 square metres apartment containing four spacious double en-suite bedrooms, of which one is a twin bedded room, a kitchen, a larder, an open plan living/dining area with attractive garden furniture and amazing views. All the bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dish washer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. The sitting room has cool cream tiles, and is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, satellite TV/DVD player, HiFi and internet. From the sitting room a door opens onto the covered stone terrace with nice outdoor furniture and spectacular views. The second terrace has comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs ideal for relaxing with tea, coffee or some excellent Hvar wine. A third terrace on the north side of the villa is accessable from one of the bedrooms and has direct access to the pool area.
Outside
The sloped garden of the villa is laid to stone walled terraces, planted with olive trees, oranges, lemons, pomegranates and many Mediterranean herbs and flowers. The owner is happy for you to cook with fresh herbs from the garden. The garden area is completely fenced in and overlooks the sea in the distance. A 10m x 4m swimming pool was newly constructed in 2015/16 and is surrounded by sun bathing terraces and decking and adjoins a covered barbeque for poolside cooking and dining. This is a great villa for the outdoor life, well distanced from other villas. There is a fully equipped children's playground with slide, swings, ladder and seesaw. This together with the enclosed boundary makes the villa perfect for familes with young childen. The garden and villa's terraces have sun beds and comfortable furniture to enable you to relax, swim and sunbathe. The local pebble beach is only a few minutes walk from the villa, and there are many more beaches and coves a few minutes drive away. There is parking for up to 6 cars.
