VILLA PETRONELLA - Four Bedroom Apartment

Accommodation

On the upper ground floor of the villa there is a 160 square metres apartment containing four spacious double en-suite bedrooms, of which one is a twin bedded room, a kitchen, a larder, an open plan living/dining area with attractive garden furniture and amazing views. All the bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dish washer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. The sitting room has cool cream tiles, and is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, satellite TV/DVD player, HiFi and internet. From the sitting room a door opens onto the covered stone terrace with nice outdoor furniture and spectacular views.

Outside

The second terrace has comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs ideal for relaxing with tea, coffee or some excellent Hvar wine. A third terrace on the north side of the villa is accessible from one of the bedrooms and has direct access to the pool area.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.
