OVERVIEW

The Penthouse  on the second floor of the villa has a total floor area of 100 square metres. It is a luxurious two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, offering guests a stunning view of the Peljesac peninsula and the islands of Scedro and Korcula. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and there is internet access and an LCD satellite TV. Your pets are welcome.

The beach is 150m away, and a boat mooring is available. The private balcony offers stunning sea views and is a great place to take in the sun and enjoy the view.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment has a kitchen area with all the necessary appliances, plates, utensils and glasses. There is a spacious living/dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a dining table and chairs. Wide triple glass doors open out onto the apartment's spacious private balcony with magnificent views of the sea and a table and chairs to sit and relax at. The two bedrooms have good-sized double beds dressed with good quality bed linen. There is a large bathroom (with double tub). This is also where the washing machine is located.

 

OUTSIDE

Several pretty beaches are just a short walk away. The village has a couple of restaurants, cafes and a beach bar the closed of which are within 200 metres.  You can pick up fresh bread each morning from the local bakery. 

Hvar town, one of the must see places in Croatia, is a 35 minute drive.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.
