OVERVIEW

Phara Bay Apartments are the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Zavala, the prettiest inlet on the island of Hvar. The property offers four luxurious 2 bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom and balcony, and the two bedroom Penthouse located on the top floor, also with balcony and spectacular sea views.

Zavala has delightful restaurants, cafés, an open air market, and a local grocery store. The Apartments are ideally located for easy access to the loveliest beaches in Zavala.

Accommodation

SUPERIOR APARTMENTS (each sleeps 4-6)

Three apartments (1, 2 and 3) are located on the first floor and one (4) on the second floor.

The total area of a Superior Apartment is 50m2. Each apartment has a kitchen area with the necessary appliances, plates, utensils and glasses. There is also a spacious and bright open plan living/dining area with comfortable seating and a satellite TV.

The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. Large French doors open out onto each apartment's private balcony with expansive views of the sea through a fragrant green pine grove.

All the apartments have two bedrooms and one bathroom.

All the apartments have air-conditioning, LCD satellite TV and internet access. A cot can also be provided and each apartment has its own washing machine.
 

PENTHOUSE APARTMENT (sleeps 4)

The Penthouse on the second floor of the villa and has a total floor area of 100 square metres. It is a luxurious two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, offering providing superb views of the Peljesac peninsula and the islands of Korcula and Scedro.

The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen. There is a spacious living/dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a dining table and chairs.

Wide triple glass doors open out onto the apartment's spacious private balcony with magnificent views of the sea and a table and chairs to sit and relax at.

The two bedrooms have good-sized double beds.

There is a large bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and there is internet access and an LCD satellite TV.

Outside

Outside, each apartment has its own covered-over parking space. There is a barbecue in the grounds. The beach is 150m away, and a mooring is available iof you hire a boat. Pets are welcome.
