OVERVIEW
Are you looking for a quiet escape, away from the daily hustle and bustle of life and yet close to the town for going out in the evenings or sightseeing? This private family villa with heated pool offers you the best of both worlds. Villa Green Oasis is situated in a rural location about 2 km from the sea and only 8 km from the Old town of Trogir and 35 km from Split. It will take about 7 minutes' drive to the nearby fishing town of Seget Vranjica, with pretty beaches along the bay, numerous restaurants and a few grocery shops. There is a regular boat service from Seget Vranjica to Trogir. Plenty outdoor activities are on offer such as parasailing, water-skiing, Jet Ski, boat tours, swimming, diving and also land based sports like mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and many more.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Green Oasis consists of the top floor apartment in the main house and a stone cottage and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms altogether.
Main House
The good sized open plan living area is kept in white and cream and has a lovely airy feel to it. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has everything you need to cook delicious meals and from the sitting area you step outside onto the balcony with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside toward the sea.
There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed (160x200 cm) and the other one with twin beds (each bed 90x200 cm). The bedrooms share a lovely tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. The washing machine is also housed in this bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is also a separate toilet.
Stone cottage
Within the grounds at the other end of the pool you find a traditional stone cottage. The open plan living area with exposed stone walls is of rustic charm and has a sitting area with open fireplace, TV, and sofa which can sleep two guests, and a kitchen/dining area with an antique oval dining table. The small kitchen also features a large wine shelf. A large covered terrace with outdoor seating is accessed from the open plan living area.
The stone cottage also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The highlight of Villa Green Oasis is the generous outdoor space with heated pool, barbecue terrace, and children's playground, all set in a beautifully laid out garden with lush greenery. There is parking for 2 cars within the grounds of the gated property.
