OVERVIEW
Eight lucky people (max seven if all adults) can stay in the new, stunning, four star, luxury Croatian Villa Blue Sea, enjoying the fresh sea air, amazing sea views and wild swimming in the incredibly clean and crystal clear sea just a few metres below the house. This seaside villa is one of four luxury holiday homes with private heated pools and is second row from the sea. The villa is in a quiet cove 5km for the busy seaside village of Vinisce, 20km from the glorious medieval town of Trogir and 25km from the lively and very pretty town of Primosten. The views of the ocean are just stunning, unique! You have all the modern conveniences and stylish accommodation which is totally in keeping with the surroundings of rugged rocks, blue sea and sun. The villa is air conditioned, spacious, 150 square metres of living space and 300 square metres of garden. There are three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a downstairs WC, WiFi and two private parking spaces. Steps lead down to a swimming platform on the water's edge.
The villa is approached via a country road leading to the four identical new villas, built in 2019.
ACCOMMODATION
This luxury seaside holiday home is built on two levels.
Ground floor
Open space, with large windows and simply stunning sea views. The style is simple but luxurious, a large modern pale blue sofa and a variety of chairs, flat screen satellite TV, Blu-ray DVD player, make this a great area to unwind and watch TV together. The open plan extends into the dining space where there is a modern table for eight people, and further on is a bright new kitchen which is equipped with a large, self-standing fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. Along the whole length of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful outdoor seating and dining areas and yes, that sea view!
Also on the ground floor is a room with a double sofa bed and TV, which can be used as the fourth bedroom. The sofa bed is suitable for two children or one adult. This bedroom can use the downstairs WC but also shares a family bathroom on the first floor.
First floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a super-king size, sumptuous double bed, ensuite shower, TV, a balcony with sea view and good bed linen and bathroom towels. One of the bedrooms also has a safe.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a shady area for parking two cars within the villa grounds, at the back of the villa.
In front of the villa, there is a spacious terrace where you can be captivated with the panoramic sea view. Here is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. The L-shaped swimming pool with steps is surrounded with sun beds and sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower. A path and steps between the villas leads down to the coastline and a swimming platform.
