Overview
A new stone cottage has been built by the family who owned a small barn in the country. Now it is a prefect small holiday home, a real villa Croatia. Built from the original local stone, with green shutters and stunning sea views, all mod cons, including air-conditioning and gorgeous bathrooms, it sits in a walled garden with a private, heated swimming pool. Lovely sea views from the garden and house. The village of Vinisce is very peaceful and charming and has a large sea bay surrounded by a few cafes, restaurants and shops, with excellent public transport and water sports on offer. Great cities of Trogir and Split are about one hour away, and so is the very popular zip line near Omis. There are many beaches within easy reach. A great, small, family villa, or a romantic private spot for two! Fantastic owners live in the village.
Accommodation
First floor
The villa is entered from the upper courtyard directly into the first floor living room. It is a gorgeous, sunny sitting room, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware, dining table). There is a sofa which can be used as an additional double bed and a satellite TV as well as a Playstation4 games console. Large French doors open out onto a pretty terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. To one side is a small shower with a toilet. There is a lovley sea view from the sitting room and its outdoor terrace.
Ground floor
Stairs lead outside the living room down to the ground floor where there are two en-suite double bedrooms off a small hallway. Below the outside stairs is a small laundry room with a washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have a new double bed and bed linen, ample wardrobes and own fantastic shower rooms with plenty of hot water, hair drier and towels. Bedrooms are fresh and calming and individually air-conditioned.
Outside
The villa has a very nice, private terrace and yard wrapping round the house. The pool is 22 square metres large, with a fantastic sea view. The pool is heated to approx 29°C, making this an ideal villa for late or early season bookings. Four sun beds and a sun umbrella are provided around the swimming pool. A few metres from the villa is a private walled parking space for two cars.
