OVERVIEW
Second row from the sea, in an exclusive seaside position in a small hamlet of upmarket Croatian holiday homes, the new luxury Villa Aquamarine Sea is a modern, elegant, comfortable 4 star villa in an unparalleled, quiet seaside location. Whilst you can rest and enjoy wild swimming in the pristine sea just twenty metres below the villa, day trips to the nearby UNESCO towns of Split, Trogir and Sibenik are an easy 20-70km away.
The luxury villa is air conditioned, comprising 150 square metres of living space and 400 square metres of fenced garden. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a downstairs WC and a playroom which can be used as a fourth bedroom utilising a sofa bed for one adult or two children. There is WiFi and two private parking spaces. At the side of the villa, steps take you a short way to the crystal clear aquamarine sea. This is wild swimming!
ACCOMMODATION
This luxury seaside holiday home is built on two levels.
Ground floor
Open plan, with large windows and those sea views. The style is simple but luxurious, a large modern pale blue sofa and a variety of chairs, flat screen satellite TV, Blu-ray DVD player, make this living space a great area to unwind and watch TV together. The open plan extends into the dining space where there is a modern table for eight people and further on is a bright new kitchen which is equipped with a large free-standing fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. Along the whole length of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful outdoor seating and dining areas, and yes that sea view!
Also on the ground floor is a room with a double sofa bed and TV, which can be used as the fourth bedroom. The sofa bed is suitable for one adult or two children. This bedroom can use the downstairs WC or share the family bathroom on the first floor. There is no aircon in this room but all other rooms in the house have air conditioning.
First floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms and three shower rooms. Two shower rooms are ensuite and the third shower room is entered from the landing. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a super-king size, sumptuous double bed, a TV, a balcony and good bed linen and bathroom towels. One of the bedrooms also has a safe.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a large sea view terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table for eight people. The L-shaped swimming pool with steps is surrounded with sun beds and sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower.
You access the sea and swim from the quay below the villa. It is recomended to wear rubber shoes for swimming as there are sea urchins here (an indication that the water is totally unpolluted).
