OVERVIEW
Villa Albina is a high luxury, five star, modern holiday home 10 metres from the sea and 150 metres from the beach. This luxury villa with heated private pool is located in a peaceful village which is within a few kilometres from the famous UNESCO town of Trogir and just 30 km from Split airport. Close by are pretty little fishing towns with more beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and water sports. In Split and Trogir you can enjoy shopping, culture and history which takes you through the ages. Split has famous Roman antiquities - the emperor Diocletian's vast palace from 3rd century AD, Roman forum and peristyllium, highly recommended to visit with a tour guide. Medieval and renaissance palazzos mix with Venetian architecture and ice cream parlours. Split abounds with seaside cafes, bars, great restaurants, theatres, galleries and excellent nightlife. For day trips also visit Makarska, Omis zip line, Primosten, Sibenik and Krka River Waterfalls National Park.
The spacious seaside villa was built in 2019 and has 300 square metres of living space on a plot of 600 square metres. It has a very smart and stylish interior, underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, WiFi, sauna and fitness room , beautiful balconies and terraces, garden, heated pool with pool towels provided, lovely sea views from the villa.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Albina is arranged on three levels. There are also twenty steps from the parking area to the villa so it is not suitable for people with poor mobility.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises four en-suite double bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms, desks, large new beds with excellent bed linen and towels provided. Each bedroom has a sea view and direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
The open plan sitting room has a good amount of seating, two sofas and two armchairs, large TV, HiFi music system, WiFi connection, attractive lighting, a big dining area and great view of the sea. Right outside is a large outdoor terrace with another dining table for ten people and a truly stunning sea view.
The new modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. The dining table can sit eight to ten people.
Second floor
On the second floor of the villa there is another open terrace and parking for four cars.
OUTSIDE
The villa stands on a 600 square metre plot. The amazing heated infinity pool measures 9 by 4 metres (1.5 metre deep) and is provided with six sunbeds and a shady outdoor seating area with a large sofa and armchairs. For your entertainment there is a summer kitchen by the pool and a table tennis. The sea view is breathtaking and the beach just a few steps away.
