OVERVIEW

This super luxury large villa excels in style, elegance, quality of living, service and above all, the amazing and rare location on the island of Brac, entirely close to the shoreline, with its own private beach access and boat mooring. The exquisite plot of land on which the villa is built measures 820 square metres and from there you have a stunning view of the bluest sea and the dramatic mountains. The village of Sumartin is close by and you will enjoy exploring the island of Brac with its numerous vineyards, olive tree orchards and crystal-clear sea. The villa itself spreads across 550 square metres of living space which is full of light, sunshine and beautiful works of art. A Sonos sound system with Bose speakers covers the whole villa. Beautiful bed linens, best designer furniture, gourmet equipped kitchen and impeccable service from the multilingual concierge and her staff complete this top of the range, high end villa experience. The villa is arranged on three floors, with an internal lift, and the main entrance is at the back of the villa, on the top floor. There is an additional outside stone stairway which takes you from the parking place at the top to the pool terrace and the ground floor.

Accommodation

Ground floor

The spacious sitting room has floor to ceiling windows which frame the view of the wonderful terrace with the pool and the sea beyond. The room is a mixture of cool white walls and some stone walls which mimic the local style. An open fireplace is also in keeping.  This room has a Samsung Smart TV and a Blu-ray player, a plush designer sofa and extra seating.  The adjoining modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with  Miele appliances, two dishwashers, two large fridges and freezers, a large oven and hob, a boiling water tap, wine storage cellar, an icemaker, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, top quality tableware and cookware. Fronting the sea terrace is a lovely dining room with a magnificent dining table for 12 people and a Murano chandelier. 

On the ground floor there is a room with a billiard table 6.5 foot in length and sea view. There is also a sauna with infra-red therapeutic heating, a gym room with Kettler exercise machines, a mirrored wall and a TV. Even these rooms are chic in their own right. The laundry room has two washing machines, a tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

First floor

All the bedrooms are sumptuous, with huge windows, pale flooring and with ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. Each bedroom has its private terrace and four bedrooms have direct sea views. All bedrooms have large king size beds, and four of those can be split into single beds. High speed internet is in each bedroom. One bathroom is suitable for people with mobility problems, as it has a wide shower with a seating bench.

Second floor

Second master bedroom with a cool, tropical feel, with ensuite bathroom, beautiful balcony with sea views, a dressing room, safe, WiFi. Stairs from the balcony lead to the ground floor.

Bedroom Suite with an Asian flavour, a king size double/twin bed, walk in dressing room, beautiful sea view terrace with wicker furniture, shared with the last bedroom suite, WiFi.

Another Bedroom Suite with an Asian theme, a king size double/twin bed, a shower ensuite and a lovely sea view terrace shared with the next door bedroom suite, WiFi.

Outside

The pool terrace is huge and encompasses 350 square metres. The centre stage belongs to the superb heated infinity pool which looks as if it is spilling into the sea and is 11 metres long. A variety of luxury sun loungers and sculptures are positioned around the heated pool. The terrace and garden are planted with local plants such as palms, olives, oaks and pines. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
