Villa Vilanella is fully air conditioned with 5 ensuite bedrooms with sea view balcony, heated infinity pool, gym and sauna. The bedrooms have desks for those in need to work.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury Villa Vilanella has a generously sized living space of 300 m² spread over three floors.
Ground floor
The ground floor is designed for inside/outside living. Large glass doors open to the pool terrace with adjoining barbecue area and magnificent sea views. Elegant designer furniture and a stylish fireplace are setting the tone in the living area which merges effortlessly with the tasteful kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and tableware. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer are also at your disposal.
First floor
The three double bedrooms on the first floor are similar in design with comfortable beds, either double or twin beds, TV, and sleek ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to a nicely furnished balcony with chairs and/or an outdoor lounge set. Step onto the balcony to marvel at the beautiful view and greet the new day with a smile. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
To complete your holiday experience the owner has spared no cost and fitted a fantastic gym room with quality gym equipment and sauna.
Second floor
Two further ensuite double bedrooms with sea view balcony are on the second floor, plus a second sitting room with sofa, TV and accent swivel chairs. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your balcony with a cocktail or two, and enjoy the balmy Dubrovnik night with a mysterious dark sky full of shining stars.
OUTSIDE
Stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Kolocep and Lopud, and a fantastic sunbathing terrace around the 24 m² heated infinity pool are the highlights of the outside space. Not to forget the covered dining terrace with barbecue to cook up a storm with delicious local produce. The villa comes with 2 private parking spaces.
