OVERVIEW
Luxury Dubrovnik Villa Valida sits in an elevated position overlooking the outskirts of Orasac with a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Kolocep and Lopud. It is only a short drive to Dubrovnik Old Town and in reach of many lovely beaches along the coastline. Not to miss is Sunj beach on the island of Lopud with its shallow waters, sandy beach and protected swim area. There are many boat excursions starting from Dubrovnik, and we highly recommend to visit the Blue Cave on Kolocep. This luxury family villa with heated pool and gym is the perfect base to explore the surrounding villages and islands and you will love to come back to your home from home after a fun filled day. Culture and history lovers will not be disappointed as close by Dubrovnik offers something for everyone. Meander through the small cobbled streets of Dubrovnik and find yourself a place in one of the little bars and cafes to enjoy delicious ice-cream or a good cappuccino, take in the rich culture and history of Dubrovnik which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979 and enjoy the ancient architecture of Dubrovnik.
Private Dubrovnik Villa Valida with heated pool and gym sleeps 10 guests in 5 exquisite double bedrooms. If travelling with a large group of family or friends Villa Valida can be rented together with Villa Vilanella. Both villas can sleep up to 20 people together.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The spacious open plan living space on the ground floor with tasteful designer furniture and a special feature wall in the lounge exudes elegance and comfort. Large glass doors open to the pool terrace with fantastic views of the sea and the islands of Kolocep and Lopud. A modern fireplace divides the lounge from the kitchen/dining area which consists of a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and tableware. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
First floor
Stairs are leading to the first floor with three ensuite double bedrooms and sea view balconies. All balconies are nicely furnished with chairs and/or beautiful outdoor lounge sets. The bedrooms are kept in shades of grey and duck egg, and each bedroom has its own TV and modern ensuite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and the third bathroom has a combined bath and shower. Bedlinen, towels and hairdryer are provided.
A gym with quality fitness equipment is also located on the first floor.
Second floor
A further two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are on this floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all of a similar tasteful design. There is also a second sitting room with TV and sea view balcony. The view is just breath-taking and you will love to sit on the balcony taking it all in.
All bedrooms have a desk for those in need to work.
OUTSIDE
Greet the day with a dip in the 24 m² heated swimming pool followed by a healthy breakfast on the covered dining terrace. Laze around the pool in comfortable sun loungers and let the world go by. In the evenings you will love to sit on the dining terrace and enjoy a wholesome dinner cooked with local produce on the BBQ. What's not to love? The villa has private parking for 2 cars.
