This stylish, exceptional, large new villa (600 square metres living space) is located on a hill a few minutes' drive from Dubrovnik and has marvelous sea views. The house has touches of old patrician Dubrovnik architecture mixed with many elements of modern design and understated opulence. Very comfortable, with an unforgettable view of the sea, beautifully furnished and equipped, this villa will appeal to discerning families and groups of adults. It is in a fabulous spot, about 1000 metres from the beach and a new hotel with an extensive wellness centre, shops and restaurants. Go east to Dubrovnik, or west to Peljesac peninsula with sandy beaches, gourmet restaurants of Ston and Mali Ston, great wineries and stunning villages and towns. The villa is arranged on 2 floors. Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a palatial, open plan, sun-lit living room with an amazing sitting area, 3 sofas, TV, DVD player, music player, WiFi, fantastic sea vistas through large glass walls. There are several seating areas and 2 dining tables, an antique, feature fireplace, beautiful rugs, pictures, Murano lamps and chandeliers. Separately, there is a sleek modern kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, good cooking utensils and tableware. In addition, one double bedroom and a shower room is also located on the ground floor. Laundry room contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board. First floor
The first floor comprises 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which have bath tubs. The bathrooms are finished to the highest standard. All bedrooms are furnished with large new double beds, roomy wardrobes, small writing desks and are provided with beautiful bed linen and towels. Two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea.
Outside
A lovely Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa and is planted with palms, almond and lemon trees and scented herbs. The most prominent is a large stone paved terrace which has an infinity pool (10 by 4 metres, 170 cm deep). The view of the sea and islands is simply irresistible. There are 6 sun beds and 8 chairs around the pool, s a dining set of table and chairs with a parasol. The villa has 2 parking spaces just outside the property.
