Overview
Just above the oldest renaissance garden in Dalmatia, the Arboretum of Trsteno, in a prime position, lies Villa Pallas Dubrovnik. What was once the park of the summer residence of the Gucetic-Gozze family is now a protected natural monument 'Arboretum Trsteno' which covers 255,000 square metres. The small medieval village of Trsteno is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. In the 15th and 16th century wealthy families from Dubrovnik built their summer residences in the hills along the coast. Only recently Trsteno has been in the public eye through the filming of the Kings Landing of Game of Thrones.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Pallas Dubrovnik is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV and WiFi.
The main house with 300 square metres of floor space extends over three levels and sleeps 10 guests. A further 2 guests can be accommodated in the annex which has a floor space of 40 square metres.
MAIN HOUSE
Ground floor
The impressive and stylishly decorated dining room has a dining table for 12 people. Paintings by renowned Croatian artists, an exquisite carpet and a glass chandelier exude elegance. Arched French windows open the view over the lush trsteno gardens towards the sea and the surrounding islands. Step out and dine on the terrace making the most of your holiday.
Whether you want to prepare some meals yourself or have a professional chef cooking for you, the sleek kitchen with breakfast bar offers all modern appliances, cooking utensils and table ware.
There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with own shower room and the other two double bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the front terrace. All bedrooms are kept in a modern design and quality bedlinen and towels are provided.
First floor
The lounge with satellite TV and WiFi connection is situated on the first floor. Opulent sofas, designed by Fendi, combined with a marble coffee table, unique chandelier, a fine carpet and parquet flooring create a welcoming atmosphere. The room is decorated with beautiful paintings and a special feature is the marble fireplace. From here you have direct access to a 16 square metre balcony with designer outdoor furniture and fabulous sea view.
Two large master bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtub and shower offer a spacious feel-good atmosphere. Both bedrooms feature a walk-in wardrobe and have their own small balcony with beautiful views over the garden with pool towards the sea. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bathtub.
ANNEX
A separate annex houses a further bedroom with twin beds, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. The twin bed can be converted into a double bed. With 40 square metres overall the annex offers a comfortable space and is especially suitable when travelling with staff.
OUTSIDE
The villa grounds expand over 1500 square metres with a large swimming pool, 5 x 11 metres, surrounded by a stone-paved sun bathing terrace. The outside area shows great love to detail and a special feature is the water fountain at the end of the pool terrace. The garden is laid to lawn and is planted with palm trees. A stone path leads to the pavilion at one end of the garden, a lovely place for private celebrations and spending a relaxed time outside. A barbecue is at your disposal and there is private parking for up to four cars.
