OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Murano has an expanse of glass windows and doors to enjoy the stunning sea views, and to let plenty of light into the rooms. Close to the beach, and only 15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old town, it combines the best of both worlds... utter comfort, modern style, beaches, sophistication of Dubrovnik's culture, nightlife, fantastic music venues and architectural uniqueness. Every room is air-conditioned and all rooms are spacious. The villa is excellent for families, teenagers, celebrations, groups of adults and romantic getaways.
Accommodation
This luxury villa has 330 square metres of living space and 600 square metres of garden and terraces. It is arranged on three floors.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living space incorporating a living area, dining area, kitchen and a cloakroom. Marble tiles elegantly cover the ground floor and the furniture is predominantly in cool, neutral colours, including a white modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and lovely tableware. The dining area has a modern wooden table and chairs and the sitting room is furnished with cream sofas, and both areas open out on to the terrace and pool. The sitting room has a cable/satellite TV and DVD player and the villa has WiFi. A laundry area contains a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair-dryer. Great sea views from almost everywhere.
First floor
The first floor consists of three bedrooms and three bathroom/shower rooms. All bedrooms have large double beds, wood flooring and full-height windows/sliding doors to enjoy the view. The bathrooms are modern, with top quality fixtures and fittings. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Two of the bedrooms have a single sofa-bed providing extra sleeping capacity for up to 2 additional guests.
Second floor
On the second floor there are two equally lovely double bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outside
On the ground floor level there is a stone-paved terrace with a swimming pool and a separate hot-tub. Good quality sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. A barbecue and an outdoor dining table are provided for al fresco dining. Stunning sea views stretch out from the terrace and all the rooms.
