Overview
Villa Camelia is a new, gated, semi-detached villa located in a very charming village of Zaton, on a hillside west of Dubrovnik. The villa has such a fantastic sea view, from all rooms and the pool. The house is private (no one lives in the semi-detached part next door) and in a quiet position. The cool and sunny seaside feel of this house comes from the sea view and the light which streams in from everywhere. A special feature is the fenced pool with a lockable gate, very useful for children's safety.
The beach is just 300 meters downhill, a 15 min walk. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the village, lovely beaches and easy access to Dubrovnik. This villa has flexible arrival dates.
Accommodation
The villa provides 120 square meters of living space, 40 square metres of outdoor terraces, and 100 square metres of garden with a private pool. It consists of the main house with 2 bedrooms and shower rooms and of a separate, third double bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom, attached to the house on the ground floor and with a separate entrance. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a pretty, open plan living area with floor tiles in the kitchen and warm, honey coloured wood floor in the sitting room, which has a large, comfortable corner sofa, which can turn into a double bed for 2 people. The cream kitchen has a breakfast bar with high chairs, extensive storage, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a dining table for 8 people and a satellite TV/DVD player and WiFi. A wonderful set of large French doors opens out onto a terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic. This terrace is wonderful for entertainment and relaxation. There are several sun loungers, and here you will find a BBQ and a dining table for your meals al fresco, feeling the full magic of the Mediterranean in the night and at sunrise. In addition, a separate double bedroom with a shower room and own TV is also situated on the ground floor. This ground floor bedroom has direct access to the terrace, but there is no direct doorway into the rest of the villa. Finally, in the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and 2 hair driers are provided.
First floor
Steps lead directly from the living area to the first floor which comprises 2 double bedrooms, each with its en-suite shower room, comfortable double beds, and individual balconies with heavenly sea views and armchairs.
Outside
The villa has a fenced pool (25 square metres surface area). Depth of pool is from low to 2 metres. There are 6 sun beds with pool towels and 6 parasols. The parasols are on the terrace below the ground floor, reached by steps.
