Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen, shower room/ laundry, dining room and sitting room with a satellite TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and new tableware. The shower room also incorporates a washing machine, with iron, ironing board and hair drier provided. opens out onto a stunning pool terrace with vast sea views. The sofa bed can be extended to provide sleeping for 2 extra guests.
First floor
On the first floor there are 3 pleasant, double bedrooms with wood flooring and plenty of storage. They share a modern, nicely tiled bathroom with a bath tub. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the famous sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds which can also be used as a double bed. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
This villa is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and has a stunning courtyard garden with pool and magnificent views. Enjoy a barbecue and relax on the large stone tiled terrace, which has excellent outdoor sofa and chairs, and an outdoor dining table for 8 people. You will experience fabulous sunsets and morning al fresco breakfasts will invigorate you. The pool too has a stunning view, plenty of sunbathing space with parasols, and 6 sunbeds.
