Overview
This is a pretty stone villa built in a traditional Dubrovnik style with a luscious garden, a heated infinity pool and just 250 metres from a gorgeous beach. The villa is first row to the sea, so you have magnificent, uninterrupted sea views from the rooms and the garden. The villa is well equipped and spacious, comprising 350 square metres of living space and in a large 1200 square metre plot, ensuring privacy and outdoor living.
There are balconies and covered terraces, and a stunning gazebo with outdoor furniture and sea views. On top of that you are close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride to the airport and to the hustle and bustle of famous Dubrovnik. This is the villa for those who are seeking comfort, space, convenience and proximity of beach and town, but also privacy and charm.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on three floors but is rented as one property. There are two modern kitchens and two sitting rooms, so this is a good villa for two families or anyone who appreciates lots of space.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils and nice tableware. The sitting room has stylish cream sofas and a satellite TV, DVD player, an audio system and WiFi. The solid wood dining table can sit 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom/laundry which contains two washing machines and a dryer. This floor has access to a pretty conservatory with a stone fireplace.
First floor
The first floor comprises an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine cooking utensils and nice tableware. The sitting room has a sofa and satellite TV, and the dining area can sit 8 people. The sofa can open into a bed for two additional guests. In addition, on this floor there are two double bedrooms which share a shower room. The bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and one of the bedrooms also has a satellite TV. They have balconies with sea views and outdoor furniture, so you can relax with a great sea view.
Second floor
The second floor comprises two large double bedrooms with king size beds, nice bed linen and bathroom towels, satellite TV and HiFi audio system. One of the bedrooms has its own sitting room and a large balcony with an outdoor sofa, table and chairs and superb sea view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a whirlpool bath, shower and a sauna for 2 people and the other with a spacious shower.
Outside
The villa has a beautiful garden with a heated infinity pool (10 x 5 metres) with a whirlpool corner and quality sun loungers. There is a barbecue and a covered terrace with a large wooden table for al fresco dining. Pool heating is not offered from end of October to end of April.
