OVERVIEW
Villa Minceta is perfectly located for getting to know and enjoy Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful seaside cities in the world. After a day of exploration and fun, you will retreat to your private villa and cool off by the pool while enjoying the magical views of the walls of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. The Old Town centre of Dubrovnik is just a few minutes' walk away and the beach distance is 700 metres. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi, four TV sets, a kitchen on both floors, a few steps leading up from the street to the villa. There is no parking, but the guests with cars can use the local public garage just a 5 minutes' walk from the villa. Daily parking fee is 65 euro in peak season. If you do not intend to have a car, this is a perfect villa, as you are walking distance from everything important.
And what can you do in Dubrovnik? All water sports, hiking, horse-riding, island cruising, climbing, bicycling, partying, clubbing, gourmet eating, drinking, market shopping, music and culture festivals, concerts, cable car to the top, Game of Thrones tours of King’s Landing, soaking up the sunshine and relaxing on your sea view balcony! Then if you can drag yourself away (you must!) go on a boat trip around the famous Elaphite islands which are the opposite of Dubrovnik- calmness, sandy beaches, relaxation, natural beauty. Visit the wild Peljesac peninsula with the best sea food restaurants in Ston and Mali Ston, more sandy beaches and wineries. Then there is Korcula island… a mini Dubrovnik itself! You are spoilt for choice.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is arranged on 2 floors
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a light and airy living room, opening directly onto the pool terrace and a beautiful view of the town and sea. The sitting area has an L-shaped sofa, SAT-TV, WiFi access. The indoor dining table can sit six to eight people maximum, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a dishwasher and excellent cooking utensils and tableware.
On the ground floor there a family shower room. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms upstairs. The villa provides iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.
First floor
Internal steps lead up to the first floor, where there are 3 fresh and bright double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and a TV set, wardrobes and desks/dressing tables. Two bedrooms have balconies with town and ocean views and king size double beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the first floor there is a small (second) kitchen, equipped with a sink, fridge and an electric hob. This is so useful if you wish to make your coffee and enjpy iy on your bedroom balcony with those stunning, unforgettable, unique views.
OUTSIDE
The unique selling point of this marvellous Dubrovnik villa is the shady dining terrace and the pool terrace which faces thie Old Town and the sea. To have the pool and the Jacuzzi, from which you have a magnificent view of the twinkling lights on the boats in the night and the lit up castles is just very special. The covered dining terrace has a stylish outdoor dining table for eight people and a barbecue. The second unique point is that you are in the middle of everything that is best of Dubrovnik.
