OVERVIEW
Villa Maestral Duo is the combination of Villa Maestral and Maestral Maisonette. From both parts of the house you have a fantastic view over Dubrovnik Gruz harbour and are in walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town (1.5km). Taxis are reasonably priced, and you may wish to use a taxi on the way back, because it would be uphill. Villa Maestral Duo is the ideal solution for two families travelling together, as you can enjoy each other's company, but also have the chance to have some privacy within the confinement of your apartment. The entire villa can accommodate up to 10 people and has two kitchens and two sitting rooms, a garden with private pool and a barbecue, with great sea views. The entrances are reached via a stair with approx 20 steps.

Maestral - Apartment I
Lower floor
The villa is in a hillside position and you will have to climb a few stairs to reach the entrance on the lower floor. The spacious sitting room with adjoining kitchen opens to a large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, grill and all the cooking utensils, plates and glassware. Six people can comfortably sit in the living area, which is equipped with cable TV/DVD player, music centre and internet. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed for one person.
Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower on this floor.
Upper floor
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor and a small hallway. Here are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On this floor there is also a large bathroom and a small terrace.
Maestral Maisonette - Apartment II
Lower floor
From the sitting room on the lower floor you have access to a dining terrace with beautiful sea and town views. The room is equipped with a large L-shaped leather sofa, armchair, TV, DVD and CD player and WiFi connection. It is possible to sleep an additional person on the single sofabed in the living area. The kitchen area is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, excellent set of cooking utensils and new tableware.
On the lower floor there is also a bathroom.
Upper floor
The upper floor with two bedrooms is reached via a spiral staircase. The double bedroom has its own TV and a pretty balcony with sea view. Another bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
The shower room is entered from the hallway.
Outside
The wonderful garden and swimming pool (8x4 metres) offers a great deal of privacy. There is also a summer kitchen with al fresco dining terrace. The outdoor dining area has wooden tables and chairs. A stone wall and tall greenery ensure that you have a fair amount of privacy in the garden and around the pool. Considering that you are in Dubrovnik, this is something special. The pool with jet current is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas. There is also an outside shower. Pool towels are provided. The shortest way to access the garden and pool area from Maastral Maisonette is through the front door and around the house,
In addition you have the terraces of Apartment I and II which are connected by a small door. Enjoy the sun, greenery and sea view in this lovely, outdoor space.
