OVERVIEW
Villa Libertas was built in the 1960's and situated at the very edge of Dubrovnik just 5km from the Old Town. Both the interior and outdoor spaces have been decorated tastefully and have comfortable furnishings. Looking out of the villa guests can appreciate dramatic seascape views. From the garden the Elaphite Islands can be seen including Sipan, Kolocep and Lopud. The stunning infinity pool flies straight into the sea which the villa has direct private beach access to its own bathing platforms and beach areas and private boat mooring.
The accommodation comprises the main villa with three double and one single bedroom and an annex - a separate building renovated in 2018 - which has a double bedroom and single sofa bed. So in total accommodation for 9+1 persons. For groups of up to 6 or 7 the main villa can be rented at a lower price without the use of the annex. ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is decorated with crisp clean whites and blues and is organised in an open plan arrangement. The living room has a large comfortable sofa with plenty of cushions, TV, DVD player, stereo system and coffee table. Large terrace doors adjacent to the living room open out to an area of the terrace with outdoor sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. All cutlery, plates and glassware are provided. There is a modern dining table located directly in front of the kitchen door. Alternatively guests can enjoy dining on the terrace. Additionally there is a bathroom located on the ground floor.
First floor
On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds all decorated in a similar modern style with white furnishings, TV's and wooden flooring. The main bedroom has a charming balcony with ocean views. The fourth bedroom is smaller more compact room with a single bed and white furnishings.
The Annex
The annex is a separate building next to the main house. It contains a double bedroom with views to the terrace and the Adriatic, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a sofa bed for one and a bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Villa Libertas has an unbeatable location with a private beach just a stone's throw from the villa with steps for easy access to the sea. The sunbathing platform has sun loungers and other beach style furniture. The garden and terrace are well tended with a decadent array of lush Mediterranean plants. Additionally, the large outdoor terrace has a selection of areas to enjoy views and relax in the warm weather, including outdoor armchairs, sun loungers and a covered dining area.
