OVERVIEW
This is a very rare, luxurious stone villa located in the most prestigious part of Dubrovnik, with a picture postcard classical view of Old Dubrovnik town. There is 500 square metres of living space spread over four floors, and 400 metres of mature Mediterranean garden with a pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The villa is gated and private, and completely refurbished in 2013. The interior is very tastefully designed and spacious and located on a leafy slope just 150 metres from the beach. The villa is within walking distance of beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries and only 800 metres from Old Dubrovnik town.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor is a sitting room, a dining room, a separate area with two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The professional kitchen has a stove with 4 hot plates, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender and juice maker. An additional single bed is available in the villa, if required
First floor
On the first floor is a second sitting room, with a picture window view to the sea and islands, a second dining room, a large bedroom and a bathroom. The sofa bed in the sitting room can sleep 2 people.
Second floor
The second floor has two designer double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony.
Third floor
The top floor has a large modern double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a private garden with a 22 square metre pool and seperate jacuzzi, overlooking the sea. High quality outdoor furniture and seating is provided for relaxation. Pool towels are also provided.
