Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an elegant living room, a modern white marble floor kitchen with a grand dining table, and a guest cloakroom/WC. Marble floors are throughout the ground level of the house. In the sitting room, there are huge modern black leather sofas and armchairs, a designer coffee table and large picture windows overlooking the luscious greenery of the garden. There is direct access to a large terrace with an outdoor furniture set. In the sitting room there is a satellite LCD TV/DVD player, CD player and Internet access. The lacquered black modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, freezer, microwave, coffee maker with filters, kettle, toaster, blender and the villa also provides a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and an ironing board. A very high quality set of kitchen utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery is provided. On this floor is a guest cloakroom with WC.
First floor
A grand marble staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath. There is an additional room on the first floor with a large sofa which can be used as a bed, unfolding by remote control. Furnishings are in soft cream, and gold, large leather bed heads, designer armchairs, chandeliers and mirrors, with plenty of good bed linen, towels and storage space. The bedrooms have smart wooden floors and fantastic sea views. The bathrooms are ultra smart, with white marble on floors and walls, and glossy black furniture, top of the range sanitary ware.
Second floor
The whole of the second floor is taken with a magnificent master bedroom suite of a large bedroom with its own sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony. The bedroom has a large curved window with great views over the sea. It has an extra large designer bed and a round black leather chair, with luxury bed linen and plenty of towels. Its bathroom has a wood floor and top quality modern Italian bathroom furniture and sanitary ware. The second floor living room has a white marble floor and a cream rug, an L-shaped black sofa, LCD TV, chandelier and mirrors. It also has a small kitchen.
Outside
The villa is entered through the gate set in a large garden wall. Straight away you step onto a white paved terrace which has a luxurious outdoor set of furniture. Elegant white stone steps lead to the very private back of the villa, on raised ground, where there is a large swimming pool incorporating a fountain and a waterfall. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
