OVERVIEW
This impressive villa combines luxurious living with a great location. It is situated on arguably one of the best roads in Dubrovnik because of its proximity to the Old Town whilst enjoying a tranquil setting with beautiful views of the sea and coast only a few metres away.
Villa Bella Donna makes a wonderful home at any time of year as it is fully climate-controlled and has been equipped with the technology required for modern day living.
Accommodation
The villa consists of four suites, the Presidential Suite on the first floor, the Superior Suite on the second floor and two junior suites on the third floor. In total there are six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Satellite TV can be found throughout and there is a CD player, DVD player, Wifi and a stereo system.
Presidential Suite
The Presidential Suite consists of a master bedroom with king size bed and a deluxe bedroom with queen size bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with whirlpool baths. The suite boasts a large and spacious living room with fabulous views through a retractable glass wall which leads to an attractive terrace and the pool. There is a modern kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave.
Superior Suite
The Superior Suite consists of two deluxe bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Both have sea views. There is a light and comfortable living room with sea view, TV, dining area and powder room. There is also a kitchenette with hob, refrigerator and microwave. This suite also has direct access to the pool.
Two junior suites
These suites each consist of a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, living room with dining area and balcony, and kitchenette with sink and hob. The balconies have fantastic views out to sea and across the coast to Dubrovnik. Towels and bedlinen are provided as are all the necessary glassware and utensils. In the basement is a six-car private garage, staff quarters, a catering kitchen and laundry facility.
Outside
The outside of the villa is sympathetically landscaped, with great attention to detail. There are spacious terraces, an outdoor kitchen, planted areas, the 8m pool and Jacuzzi and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs which has stunning sea views and Dubrovnik Old Town. The villa is on a quiet lane which is not a through road. It is bordered by trees and stone walls through which can be seen the shore line below.
