The super stylish, two-bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury apartment Dubrovnik Sensation 2   has a most prestigious position among the luxury holiday homes in Dubrovnik.  You look over the iconic scene of Old Dubrovnik city, its walls and towers, and within a couple of minutes you are in the heart of the old town with numerous cafes, restaurants and smart shops. Dubrovnik hosts fantastic concerts and shows and there are beautiful beaches for you to enjoy. 

The apartment is on the first floor of a glass clad, elegant new building, which has five luxury apartments in all and a garage for eight cars.  All apartments are reached by a lift and external stairs. The living area comprises 140 square metres and there is a large balcony with a fabulous view of the sea and islands. This two-bedroom Dubrovnik apartment has WiFi, air conditioning in the sitting room and heating.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment comprises a sitting/dining room with a corner kitchen, a stunning, long balcony, two bedrooms and two shower rooms.

 

The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs, a modern dining table which can sit six people, TV and is air-conditioned. In one corner is a stylish new kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and pretty tableware.

 

The bedrooms have best quality, king size double beds with good bed linen and towels and a hairdryer.  The shower is excellent. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. From the sitting room and bedroom there is a direct access to the private terrace with table and chairs.

OUTSIDE

The apartment has a large balcony with unforgettable views of Dubrovnik, the sea and harbour.   There is also a patio which can be used as a private suntrap.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
