OVERVIEW
Beautiful sea view Apartment Liberty 3 has a prime location in Dubrovnik, situated in an elite and leafy hillside position with unforgettable panoramic views of the sea. There is just 800 metres to the famous Old Town and its great shops, markets, city squares, churches, museums, amazing restaurants and beaches. The spacious two bedroom apartment comprises 60 square metres of indoor space and has 30 square metres of terrace looking at the sea. The apartment offers WiFi, DVD player, HiFi, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ and a safe.
Holiday Apartment Liberty 3 is one of three apartments only, all in one villa, where each apartment has its own outside entrance. It is on the ground floor.
All three apartments together accommodate 20 people. The apartments can only be reached on foot. From the road above the apartments there are 124 steps down to the apartment and from the road below it is 132 steps up. So one option is to walk down to the Old Town of Dubrovnik but on the return take a taxi to drop you on the road above. Unless of course you want the exercise!
ACCOMMODATION
There are two double bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed, the other is a twin room and they share a family bathroom which has a shower cubicle. The apartment has an open plan living room, including a kitchen, sitting room and dining area facing the sunny terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, tableware and cooking utensils. The dining table sits four people and looks out on the terrace. The pleasant and sunny sitting room has a sofa, armchair and TV.
OUTSIDE
Sliding doors open out from the living room directly onto the partially covered terrace which has a great outdoor shower and two sun loungers, a parasol and a wood fired barbecue.
