OVERVIEW

When you consider that this amazing, luxury holiday home is located on the fantastic and world famous Croatian island of Korcula, you will rush to secure this beautiful villa for an amazing seaside adventure by the crystal clear sea.  Villa Sensei is a 6-bedroom, luxury family villa with pool, with luxurious interiors, great space and tranquility, privacy, gym, direct access to the sea and its own swimming beach area. Every piece of furniture in its stylish interior is carefully chosen for your comfort, but with great style and elegance. With modern technology, exquisite lighting, huge glass picture windows and the works of art completing the luxury theme, this luxury family villa on Korcula will attract families, groups of friends and all those who enjoy elegant living by the sea. The villa is fully air conditioned and is equipped with underfloor heating for the winter months. The spacious living area comprises 500 square metres and there are extra 300 square metres of terraces looking at the Adriatic, plus a terraced Mediterranean garden. The sea views from the villa and the pool are truly unforgettable.

Regarding outdoor activities on offer there are tennis courts just a five minutes' drive away, and you can hire a trainer if you wish.  There are numerous hiking and cycling trails often going through vineyards or on coastal paths. The villa offers 'Fanatic' SUP's and snorkels great for exploring the sea. The nearby scuba diving center offers diving courses. Jet Ski or a boat with a skipper can be booked on demand.

ACCOMMODATION

You enter into a large, double height living area which is full of light and the reflections of the sea.

Ground floor

The ground floor is a very spacious and airy living area, comprising a fully equipped Miele kitchen, a dining room and living room, which open out onto a pool terrace of 300 square metres.

Large white floor tiles, enormous height and huge multiple floor to ceiling windows invite the blue sea into your luxury private villa, with the infinity pool merging with the expanse of the sea. Sand coloured comfortable designer sofas provide masses of seating, and a lovely, marble topped dining table can sit 12 people. The music comes through the Sonos sound system, and the statement chandelier is modern and very grand. There is a smart TV with terrestrial antenna. This is a beautiful space to live in and relax. The kitchen is equipped with a large kitchen island and two double ovens, a hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor has direct access tot he pool terrace.

First floor

Steps lead to the upper floor mezzanine, which has more designer furniture, easy chairs and great views through massive windows. This second sitting area also has a large terrace overlooking the sea. On the first floor there is a fantastic, restful bedroom with super king size double bed, excellent bed linen and towels, an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony. 

Second floor

On the second floor are three wonderful double bedrooms, each with its sea view balcony terrace and en-suite bathrooms. Excellent bed linen and towels are provided.

Lower ground floor

A double bedroom with two single beds is located on the lower ground floor, which is completely above ground and has its own bathroom and a private terrace directly leading to the garden.

OUTSIDE

Luxury private villa Sensei on Korcula has a infinity pool. There are a variety of sun loungers and classy, relaxing seating around the pool and an outdoor shower. This luxury holiday home has the most enviable location, its land touching the sea with its private sunbathing decks and sea access, which is quite unique. You can relax there all day in privacy and tranquility. The sea is warm, safe and crystal clear, do go and swim in it. The sloping garden is laid out in terraces and at the edges it is planted with palm trees, olive and lemon trees, colorful oleanders, cacti, lavender and rosemary.

The large, south facing outdoor terrace has a range of elegant outdoor seating, coffee tables, a dining table for 12 and a barbecue. Here you can socialize around the BBQ with a glass of the famous Korucla white wine (Poship), or contemplate the beautiful sea, relaxing in pure nature. In addition, there are further outdoor terraces with stylish outdoor furniture, cascading towards the sea.

Here is your own patch of paradise right by the blue water and private steps down to the sea.  Incredible and very enjoyable!
