OVERVIEW
Korcula Sea View I is a stunning, glass clad and modern villa, with a roof top swimming pool and barbecue terrace. The villa was built in 2017, located very close to the beach with a country road separating the house from the beach. The beach is pebbly and inviting, with warm and clear sea waiting for you to dive in. The villa is one of a pair of villas which are almost identical (Korcula Sea View II). There is direct and expansive sea view and the villa is bright and airy. This is a spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, comprising 190 square metres of living space and 300 square metres garden, terraces and a garage for two cars. The villa is centrally cooled and heated, with underfloor heating. It is arranged on three floors, with bedrooms on the ground floor and the living areas on the first floor. The position of the villa is 4 kilometres from the famous, historic and vibrant town of Korcula. It is an old and beautiful village, sprawling along a string of beaches, with ancient churches, country walks, grocery shops, couple of cafes and several good traditional restaurants. You will enjoy tranquillity, relaxation and scenery in this lovely place. It is easy to visit Dubrovnik, the amazing Peljesac peninsula and the windsurfing village of Viganj. The area is full of interesting activities and worth exploring.
Accommodation
A stairway with steps leads up to the front terrace and the ground floor of the villa. This terrace is surrounded by a beautiful, hand built stone wall and covered in hardwood decking. Below the villa is an integral double garage with another set of internal stairs to the ground floor.
Ground floor (reached via an outdoor or indoor staircase).
The ground floor comprises three double bedrooms - one has two single beds (twin bedroom) and two bedrooms are with double beds. One double bedroom has an ensuite shower, and the remaining two bedrooms share a shower room. All the bed linen and towels are included. All bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have direct access to the large terrace with sea view. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and a hair drier. The master bedroom has a safe.
First floor
This magnificent floor comprises a sitting room with an amazing sea view, a dining area, a modern kitchen fully equipped, and an outdoor terrace with a dining table. The sitting room has a top quality sofa and two armchairs. For entertainment there is LCD HD TV, DVD and CD players, a music player and PS3 with a few games. High speed internet is free to use. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, cooker, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, el. kettle, toaster, tea pot, good cooking utensils and tableware. The siting room is simply divine with all round sea views.
The outside hot tub is also located on the first floor level.
Second floor
The second floor is in fact a large roof terrace with a view to die for. This terrace has the villa's pool, sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower.
Outside
The villa is on a mild slope, and you drive into the front yard, where there is an integral garage for two cars. Outside steps at the side of the villa lead to the ground floor terrace, then the first floor and the second floor terraces. Around the villa there are Mediterranean bushes, rosemary and lavender. A stunning feature of this villa is its roof terrace and the roof pool, size of which is 5 by 6 metres, 1.3m deep. Six sun beds and a parasol are provided. It is impossible to describe the impact of that sea view from the roof terrace. You must come and see for yourself. Pool towels are provided. In addition there is a hot tub on the roof.
