OVERVIEW
Korcula Beachside Bliss is a luxury private family villa with pool and a rocky beach right in front of the villa. There is nothing else between the house and the sea. Steps are made to take you down to the cleanest, warm and aquamarine water where you can swim and snorkel, enjoying the sun. This luxury holiday home for families and groups of adults will be a place of rest and relaxation, away from it all, with fresh air and sea breeze refreshing you. But just a few minutes' drive away there are sandy and pebbly beaches and the charming towns of Blato, Vela Luka and Korcula which will provide entertainment and gourmet restaurants, swish bars, shopping, water sports, summer fairs, local fetes, fishermen's nights and historic sights well worth a visit.
This seaside luxury villa with private pool has 166 square metres of living space and 500 square metres of walled garden, and is a perfect holiday spot for six people. The garden spreads all the way to the sea of this is a beachfront villa on the south side of Korcula Island. The villa is arranged on two floors and has a full sea view.
Luxury Korcula Beachside Villa has three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, plenty of outdoor space and is pet friendly. There is WiFi and air-conditioning and the interior is very stylish and comfortable.
It cannot be stressed enough how beautiful the beaches are on Korcula island. In your vicinity is the famous and easily reached Pupnat Beach covered with small pebbles and an easy entry into the sea, with a restaurant, beach bar, sun loungers and parasols to rent. Visit also Zitna beach, with pebbly beach and sandy sea bottom. From Vela Luka take a taxi boat trip to the uninhabited island of Proizd, an award winning beach of Croatia where dolphins often come to swim. You can swim at four different beaches there, all are most wonderful with top class crystal clear sea. There are restaurants and cafes but the island has mostly perfect, unspoilt nature.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The light, airy ground floor of the Luxury family villa Korcula Beachside Bliss comprises a large, open plan living room with deep beige marble floor tiles, where you will find a sitting area with a TV and a blue, velvety L-shaped sofa, a dining table for six people and a marvellous new, white kitchen. The kitchen has an island/breakfast bar with two bar stools and is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils and attractive tableware. The villa also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, three baby cots and one baby feeding chair. The ground floor of this fantastic seaside holiday home also has a family shower room/toilet and a Jacuzzi whirlpool from where sliding doors are opening out onto the outdoor terrace.
First floor
Internal stairs made of local white stone lead up to the first floor which has three double bedrooms with wooden flooring, ensuite white marble showers, LCD TV sets, wardrobes, safes and private balconies overlooking the sea. The three balconies each have a coffee table and two armchairs for your private relaxation. All bedrooms are individually air conditioned. The beds are super king-size and have excellent bed linen and towels. The bedrooms can also be reached directly from the garden from the hillside position at the back of the house, where there are also private parking places.
OUTSIDE

Everything you need for a fantastic, rejuvenating stay in this luxury Korcula villa is there for you. There is a 22 square metre swimming pool and pool terrace from where you can let your eyes roam the blue horizon. There are six high quality pool loungers with pool towels, parasols, whirlpool and a pool shower. To one side of the villa is a shady outdoor terrace with an L-shaped settee, coffee table and chairs where six people can relax with a glass of the famous Korcula white wine (Posip) and enjoy that unforgettable view. At the opposite end of the villa is a stone built barbecue and, on a raised patio, an outdoor dining table for six. You can be sure that you will be dining al fresco every day! Your outdoor activities can start right here below the villa where you can go for an invigorating morning swim.
