OVERVIEW
Novalje is on the Island of Pag sqaused in between the Kvarner Riviera and the Zadar region in Northern Dalmatia. With its trendy nighlife atractions and beatful beaches with crystal clear sea it is a top contender to be the "Croatian Ibiza". It has numerous parks lake with islands and is a top destination for hikiers with routes such as the "life on Mars" hiking trail. The island is also a big producer of Paski Sir and sea salt.
This pretty modern stone villa sits in an extensive olive grove on a plot of 15,000 square metres. The garden is filled with oleander and Mediterranean greenery and is just a short walk away from the beach. It is an ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, although the nearest town, Novalja, is only a short car journey away. The villa is ideal for any time of the year, having air conditioning, heating and solar power. It has a lovely outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, tennis court and children's playground, and is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of garden furniture. There is also a BBQ on the terrace.

Accommodation
The total size of the villa is 250 m2, with five double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower. Each bedroom is individually designed and has access to the large sea view terrace. Quality bedlinen and plenty of towels are provided.
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a spacious and light-flooded living area exuding elegance and comfort. Furniture and soft furnishings are of the highest standard, enveloping you with luxury and style. A billiard table and TV will satisfy your entertainment needs when staying inside. French doors lead from the dining area to the terrace where you will love to spend your time enjoying the warm summer socialising over a meal or taking a dip in the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and outside you also have a BBQ and a pizza oven. There is also a guest toilet and laundry room at your disposal.
Outside
Come outside and explore the extensive landscaped grounds (15.000 sqm). A large pool of 72 sqm with integrated Jacuzzi is awaiting you. There are plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas around the pool area, and a poolside bar for refreshments. The sauna is especially enjoyable during the cooler months of the year. Or you might want to book a private massage or a yoga-trainer. It all can be arranged for you. The villa has a private tennis court and a children's play ground. There is also a table tennis and fitness equipment, such as weights and yoga mats at your disposal. You will never be short of something to do.
Furthermore, the villa has 2 SUP's, its own rubber motor boat and the 2 mooring spaces down by the sea can moor jetskis or 2 yachts of up to 20 metres.
