OVERVIEW
Novalje is on the Island of Pag, which is nestled in between the Kvarner Riviera and the Zadar region in Northern Dalmatia. With its trendy nightlife attractions and beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea it is a top contender to be the "Croatian Ibiza". It has numerous park lakes with islands and is a top destination for hikers, with routes such as the "life on Mars" hiking trail. The island is also a big producer of Paski Sir and sea salt.
This pretty modern stone villa sits in an extensive olive grove on a plot of 15,000m². The garden is filled with oleander and Mediterranean greenery and is just a short walk away from the beach. It is an ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, although the nearest town, Novalja, is only a short car journey away. The villa is ideal for any time of the year, having air conditioning, heating and solar power. It has a lovely outdoor pool with hot tub, tennis court and children's playground, and is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of garden furniture. There is a BBQ on the terrace and the villa has satellite TV and WiFi throughout.
Accommodation
The total size of the villa is 250m², with five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is individually designed and has access to the large seaview terrace. Quality bedlinen and plenty of towels are provided.
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a spacious and light-flooded living area, exuding elegance and comfort. Furniture and soft furnishings are of the highest standard, enveloping you with luxury and style. A billiard table and TV provide entertainment when staying inside. French doors lead from the dining area to the terrace where you will enjoy the warmth of the sun, socialising over a meal or taking a dip in the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and outside you also have a BBQ and a pizza oven. There is also a guest WC and laundry room at your disposal.
Outside
Come outside and explore the extensive landscaped grounds (15,000m²). A large pool of 72m² with integrated hot tub awaits, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool and a poolside bar for refreshments. The sauna is especially enjoyable during the cooler months of the year. If you feel like indulging in a massage or a private session with a yoga trainer, these can be arranged for you. The villa has a private tennis court, children's playground, a table tennis table and fitness equipment, such as weights and yoga mats, at your disposal. You will never be short of something to do.
Furthermore, the villa has two SUPs, a rubber dinghy and two mooring spaces which can moor jetskis or two yachts of up to 20 metres.
