OVERVIEW
Villa Zadar Summer is a large, comfortable and luxuriously relaxing family villa with pool, near the famous city of Zadar. The villa comprises 600 square metres of living space in 5000 square metres of garden (over an acre). Sandy beaches, gourmet restaurants, elegant shops, ancient basilicas, festivals, music, culture, water sports, all is within an easy reach of the villa and provides a great number of activities for adults and families with children alike. You are also close to the national parks Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands and in Zadar you will find a vibrant nightlife and smart bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs.
Having sampled all that, return to your sunny, family friendly villa with large pool, barbeque and fenced garden, located in a peaceful village; enjoy al fresco dining and have a memorable, relaxing summer holiday. If you are a group of adults, you will have plenty to do and see, and a great large villa to enjoy.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The cool, stone paved ground floor comprises a large living space with several sofas, armchairs and a beautiful, open fireplace, TV and WiFi access. The adjoining dining area has a table for 12 people. For entertainment, there is a DVD player, CD player and a PlayStation. A separate, spacious, well equipped country style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dish washer, electric cooker and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a quality set of cooking utensils and tableware. A large kitchen island has a breakfast bar with three chairs. The kitchen directly opens out onto a stunning covered terrace where you can eat outdoors and relax on an excellent set of outdoor sofas enjoying the sights of this beautiful garden. An ironing board, iron, washing machine and drier are also provided in the laundry/sixth bathroom.
First floor
The first floor has five spacious bedrooms each with a large double bed and its own ensuite bathroom and TV, good bed linen, hair driers and plenty of towels. Some of the bedrooms have their own balconies. Two of the double bedrooms have a single bed in addition to the double bed. In total, 12 people can sleep in the villa, plus a baby or two. There is so much space.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a stunning, walled garden with lawns, Mediterranean trees and herbs and a proper organic vegetable patch where guests can help themselves to organic food. The stunning pool (10 by 6 metres) has large steps leading into the water, and is surrounded with sun loungers and parasols. In addition there is a garden house containing the spa zone with sauna, Jacuzzi and shower. At one end of the garden there is a covered gazebo with a barbecue next to the outside dining table and chairs for 12 people. In addition, a whole separate outbuilding houses a summer kitchen where you can cook in the garden.
