OVERVIEW
Villa Hideaway is a beautifully restored, very comfortable 3 bedroom stone villa, set in the heart of wonderful nature in the Zadar region, close to stunning nature parks, but still close to the village centre and beach which are just 500-600 metres away. The villa comprises 100 square metres of living space and is surrounded by 2000 square metres of leafy garden with a private pool. This villa is truly for the lovers of nature and healthy living. It is in a quiet place, and the life there is focused on healthy outdoor activities, with local cuisine based on fresh local ingredients and fish and all other varieties of Mediterranean foods available. Just 10 km away is the famous wild Paklenica national park, a place of rugged mountains, the steep canyon of the river Zrmanja, mysterious caves, 150 kilometres of hiking trails, 40 kilometres of bike paths with sea views, white water rafting, absailing and serious rock climbing. People come from all over the world to try the challenge and sheer beauty of the Paklenica nature park. But there are also soft green valleys and educatioanl nature trails for whole families, and the beautiful seaside where you can carry on your super active holiday by exploring the depths of the sea, windsurfing, snorkelling or just sun-worshipping. The villa was fully renovated in 2016, great villa for a family holiday and sports mad teenagers.
Accommodation
The authentic stone Villa Hideaway is arranged on 2 floors sleeping 4 in two bedrooms and in addition, has a separate self standing large galleried annexe which can sleep another four persons.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a charming living room which is painted a warm Mediterranean ochre colour, with some walls of exposed old stone. The wonderful stone floor shows off the rustic heavy oak dining table, and the comfortable sofa and armchairs. Satellite TV and WiFi are provided. The kitchen is sleek, fittied against the stone wall and has all the cooking utensils and pretty tableware, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker. There is also a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair drier.
First floor
First floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other using a family bathroom. The bedrooms are so inviting, with comfortabel double beds, lovley bed linen and towels and some pieces of antique furniture. The rustic, but very soft scheme continues upstairs, with some stone walls and lovley oak floor boards and ceiling beams. The shower rooms are stylish and plenty of towels provided.
Separate annexe
Across the cobbled courtyard, a few steps lead to a separate little cottage which has a double bed and bathroom on the ground floor, and another double bed on the gallery. So four people can sleep in this separate cottage.
Outside
Large garden laid out in terraces with swimming pool, sun loungers, garden furnitiure, stone built BBQ. This Mediteranean garden is incredibly pretty, with its stone courtyards, terrace with an old stone well, comfortable outdoor sofa and armchahirs, wrought iron chairs well set for you to enjoy the amazing sea views, and a BBQ for your gatherings together. The pool is lovely with sun loungers arranged around it and the sea visible in front.

- A 4x4 car is highly recommended as the last few 100 metres of the road are very steep and rough. Alternatively you can park in a public parking area and the owner will provide a Jeep to get you to the property. The Jeep is only provided for this last stretch of the road and this service is free of cost.
