Overview
A modern, brand new family villa built in 2017, with 150 square meters of living space, on a 500 square metre garden, private pool and a beautiful sea view. The villa is located near Zadar, one of the great cities on the Adriatic coast also known as the "entertainment centre on the Adriatic". It is in the friendly village of Privlaka, at the tip of a peninsula, and is surrounded with beautiful sandy beaches, among the finest in Croatia. Along the sea there is a nice promenade path equally enticing for joggers and strollers. There are serious water sports on offer: windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking and wild water rafting on the rapids of the Zrmanja river. Go off-road cycling through magical meadows, vineyards, or on coastal roads, the scenery is unforgettable. There are good shops, restaurants, cafes, seaside bars, bakeries and markets with fresh fish and local farm produce such as figs, grapes, juicy tomatoes and peppers. Just 1 km away is a charming town of Nin. You are also close to two nature parks near Privlaka, Vransko Jezero and Telascica Bay, with an amazing beach . There are also four more national parks: Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Krka River Waterfalls and Kornati Islands, each one a good enough reason to visit Croatia.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises of a sitting room, with a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, music player, WiFi, and a large L-shaped sofa which can be a pull-out bed for the 7th and 8th person. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and good tableware. A large dining table sits comfortably 8 people, and overlooks the pool. Laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is a hair drier in every bedroom.
First floor
Three air-conditioned, double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are on the first floor. All three bedrooms have a satellite TV, good bed linen, plenty of towels and access to a balcony with great sea views.
Outside
The garden is well fenced and has a private swimming pool, 8 by 4 metres (1.5 metres deep). Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided. The villa is equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen, with a good barbecue.
