Overview
This new, minimalistic beach family villa sits in a block of three almost identical properties, next to two more three villa blocks. The villa is very airy and comfortable, 140 square metres of living space, with all mod conveniences including a private swimming pool, a sheltered terrace with a barbecue, dining table and chairs, a sea view to die for. Family friendly, child friendly and great for adults, the villa is within easy reach of many beautiful beaches, coastal villages and the famous town of Zadar which is only 20 km away. Restaurants, shops, churches, museums, music festivals and concerts, even nightclubs are in the region. To revitalise your skin, bathe in the thick black mud - a well know health and beauty spot. Also available is cycling along the sea for miles and water sports such as scuba diving and windsurfing, visit islands and the national parks of Plitvice, Kornati, Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica and Velebit. This is also an ideal place for snorkelling, sandcastles and shell seekers!
Accommodation
All rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated. The villa is laid out on three floors, the ground, first and second floor and has parking for two cars.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a sunny sitting room with stylish sofas and chairs, TV set and a WiFi connection, following on into the kitchen and a dining area where the table can sit 12 people. There is a separate toilet. The villa is covered with pale floor tiles and its many windows look over the sea. The fully equipped new kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and new tableware. The living room opens out onto the paved, fenced small garden with a heated pool of 16 square metres, and the blue Adriatic Sea just in front of you.
First floor
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and heated. A double bedroom has a large double bed and an ensuite shower room and a sea facing balcony. Two further bedrooms share a shower room which is also a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
Second floor consists of two more bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds and the other one with a double bed, both air-conditioned. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony with huge sea views. There are two bathrooms on this floor.
Outside
The paved garden has a pool, (16 square metres) is fenced and looks over the beach. Four wooden deck chairs, a sun umbrella, four armchairs and a BBQ grill, an outdoor table and chairs are provided for al fresco meals. The beach is a few steps away.
