Overview
Villa for eight people who want to have the sea right by their holiday home, plus own private pool. You can walk out in your swim suit and be on the beach in a second! In the group of three villas, this one is the end villa, overlooking the beach. The villa is cool with plenty of space, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the stone paved garden there is a barbecue, a dining table and chairs so you can spend wonderful moments eating together, enjoying the unforgettable view. The area is rich with beaches either of sand or of pebbles, extremely family and child friendly. The beautiful town of Zadar is just 20 km away, where you can visit smart shops, restaurants, churches, museums, music venues and the lively night life. There is so much interesting stuff in the area, such as black mud good for your skin, bike and hike routes along the sea, sea sports of all description, island trips and national parks of Kornati, Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica and Velebit, as well as Plitvice.

Each room in this villa is individually air-conditioned.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a large sitting room (two sofas and an armchair) with a dining area and a kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern facilities such as electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and new tableware. There is a family cloakroom. The dining table is for 8 people, and here you will find a TV set and a WiFi connection. French windows, floor to ceiling made of glass, open directly onto the outdoor dining terrace with a heated pool and a barbecue.
First floor
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony. In addition, there is a twin bedroom and a room with bunk beds, which share a shower room that contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair drier. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
Master bedroom with a large double bed, air-conditioning and a separate shower room. This room has its own very long balcony and a separate, smaller one with stunning sea views in several directions.
Outside
The private, paved courtyard is fenced and planted with a laurel hedge. It looks out onto the beach, offering a feeling of relaxation. Reclining sun chairs, additional chairs, dining table and a BBQ are provided. In addition, the villa has a small pool (16 square meters) excellent for splashing and cooling off after a long day on the beach, loads of fun.
