Overview
Villa No 7 is one of ten modern beachfront villas, ideal for larger groups travelling together wanting some privacy at the same time.
The villa is right at the sea on the outskirts of Privlaka. The sea promenade winds along the coast just in front of the villa and the beach is just 10 metres from the villa. Privlaka boasts beautiful beaches such as the 20km long Sabunike beach with its long, shallow and sandy lagoons. Families with children just love it. The water sports centre in nearby Nin offers various water sports for you to enjoy. For dare devils the Maslenica Bridge is the right place to be, where you can go for bungee jumping. If you are more into exploring the beautiful countryside we would recommend visiting the Krk waterfalls or the Kornati islands. There are numerous restaurants, cafe bars and shops in Privlaka and Zadar is a nice day out for shopaholics.
Accommodation
Villa No 7 spreads over three floors with a total living space of 140 Square metres.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining area with direct access to the pool terrace. The entire ground floor has cream coloured floor tiles and white walls. Tasteful pictures give the living space a bright and modern feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses and the dining table has seating for eight people. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The bathroom is kept in cream and brown tones with modern bathroom furniture and walk-in shower.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with one ensuite double bedroom and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The larger of the two bedrooms has twin beds and a small balcony, enjoy quiet evenings outside whilst reading a book. The other bedroom has bunk beds. All bedrooms have nice bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with access to a large terrace, the ideal place to spend your evenings watching the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
Outside
The paved pool terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol. After a long day exploring the surrounding area you will come home to a refreshing bath in the pool (approx. 5.5 x 2.8 metres). There are two parking spaces allocated for your villa.
