Overview
Villa No 5 is one of ten modern beachfront villas, ideal for larger groups travelling together wanting some privacy at the same time. It is in a block of five joined villas, and No 5 is the end villa. The village is called Privlaka and it has a seaside path just in front of the villa, great for cycling and walking. The sea and the beach is just 10 metres from the villa. In general, there are gorgeous beaches all around. You will be bowled over by the miles long Sabunike sandy beach where children can paddle, snorkel and play in the sand. Visit also the spectacularly charming town of Nin, the seat of old Croatian kings and a few minutes' drive from the villa. Nin offers many restaurants, cafes and market, also water sports. Go bungee jumping on Maslenica Bridge, visit spectacular Krka waterfalls, and take a day boat trip to the Kornati Island National Park. There are numerous restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets and shops in Privlaka and Zadar is a good place for culture vultures and those in need of retail therapy.
Accommodation
Serenity Villa No 5 encompasses three floors with a total living space of 140 square metres.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining area with direct access to the pool terrace. The complete ground floor has a feeling of light and space, tastefully furnished with two sofas and a couple of reclining easy chairs. There is separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses and the dining table has seating for eight people. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with one ensuite double bedroom and two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds. The larger of the two bedrooms has a small balcony, where you can sit in privacy enjoying stunning views with a glass of wine and a book. All bedrooms have nice bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with access to a large terrace, the ideal place to spend your evenings watching the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea. There is also a shared shower room on this floor. Fresh new bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
The garden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol. There is a private, heated swimming pool (approx. 16 square metres) which you will appreciate for your morning dips or after returning from a busy day of sightseeing. There are two parking spaces specified for this villa.
