Overview
This modern and spacious seaside villa is one of the series of 10 similar terraced villas in a row, located just by a beautiful sandy beach. The villa's modern interior (130 square metres), is clean and full of light and the property has its own outdoor swimming pool, a paved terrace with a barbecue, outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the sea and islands. All around in the area there are sandy and pebbly beaches with clear and warm sea, all very child friendly and safe. The beautiful town of Zadar is just 20 km away, where you can visit smart shops, restaurants, churches, museums, music venues and the lively night life. There is so much interesting stuff in the area, such as black mud - good for your skin, bike and hike routes along the sea, sea sports of all description, island trips, and national parks of Plitvice, Kornati, Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica and Velebit.

Ground floor
Fully air-conditioned ground floor comprises a spacious, airy living/dining room, kitchen and a family bathroom with a washing machine. White cool floors are throughout, two modern sofas and armchairs, and a dining table for 8 people. Here is a TV set and a WiFi connection. The modern kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and new tableware. From the living room, there is direct access onto the garden terrace with heated pool, and fantastic sea views, a real summer experience. Walk out in your swim suit and dip into the sea - it is that simple!
First floor
On the first floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony. In addition, there are two bedrooms with bunk beds sharing a bathroom, each air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
Master bedroom with a large double bed, air-conditioning and a shower room. This room has its own balcony/terrace with a stunning sea view and privacy.
Outside
The paved courtyard is fenced and planted with a laurel hedge. It looks over the country fields and the beach, offering a feeling of relaxation. Reclining sun chairs, a parasol and a BBQ with an outdoor table and chairs are provided. In addition, the villa has a small pool (16 square metres), to plunge into for your midnight swim.
