OVERVIEW
Spend your summer in a proper nature reserve amongst forests, vineyards and wildlife at your doorstep and a view of the sea in the distance. This is an authentic Croatian villa, a recently renovated spacious farm (274 square metres), built in a centuries old tradition from stone. You are in the midst of Dalmatian forests and vineyards . A private pool has just been built in the garden (867 square metre) and you can cycle along the further 10 hectares of the family estate. The owners will offer fresh local produce- plump artichokes, courgettes, shiny tomatoes, asparagus and cherries in the spring, and apple, grapes and figs in the autumn. The nearby sports facilities, just a 2 minutes walk from the villa, offer a tennis court, basketball hoop, mini golf course and bocce court with all the necessary equipment, and are free of charge for the guests of Villa Vinery.
Built on a gentle slope below the awesome Biokovo mountain, this villa bathes in clean, fresh air. This Croatian villa gem is a great choice of holiday location for those who want healthy living, away from it all, but within a 30 min driving distance to water sports, outdoor activities and all the facilities of the seaside towns of Makarska and Brela.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The living room is stunning and fully air-conditioned. A large, relaxing open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen have plenty of large windows to enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains and the national park. The sitting area which has soft rugs and wood flooring, is amply provided with leather sofas and armchairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, mixer, ice maker and a set of cooking utensils and tableware and leads to the dining area with a large wooden table, all united with cool white marble floor tiles. In the sitting room, you can settle after a hard day of water sports or mountain climbing and enjoy the home cinema. DVD player and HiFi are provided, and there is access to WiFi. On the ground floor is a spacious, air-conditioned double bedroom with a wooden floor, ensuite shower, bedlinen and towels. In addition, there is a family bathroom with a washing machine and also provided are iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a safe.
First floor
The first floor comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, each with ensuite shower rooms and a balcony towards the hills.
Outside
The 25 sqm pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a BBQ and a nice shaded outside dining area with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. Table tennis and four mountain bikes are provided for your leisure activities.
