OVERVIEW
The stunning Villa Paloma has been recently built to the highest standard of style and comfort, and is located right in the heart of the vibrant holiday resort of Split, a seaside town between Split and Dubrovnik. The villa is very spacious with 380 square metres of living space and is arranged on three floors, on a 700 square metre plot. This luxury seaside home will amaze you with its understated opulence. Bedrooms are huge and have top quality beds and sitting areas to relax, own TVs and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have access to private terraces with unforgettable sea views. Best bathrooms and kitchen equipment, sumptuous bed linen and plenty of towels are provided.
Walk out of the villa, and you are in the heart of Makarska, charming cafes, tavernas, bars, restaurants, shops all within 600 metres you are on its two kilometre long beach where you can laze all day or indulge in every type of water sports. Makarska offers you everything: hop over to Brac and Hvar islands or to the ancient towns of Trogir and Split, to the Krka Waterfall National Park, and even make a day trip to Dubrovnik or Mostar. Makarska is a destination for adults, children, teenagers, sport and beach lovers, active types, families, celebrations and even clubbers- Makarska is full of life and luxury villa Paloma will enchant you.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a private garage for one car and there are four parking spaces in the yard. A laundry room has a washing machine and a toilet.
First floor
The first floor comprises a large, bright, open plan living room with large sea view windows, a modern kitchen and dining area, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (1st bedroom).The living area has two modern 3-seater sofas, an arm chair, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, music system, board games and a large dining table for 8 people. The room opens out onto the pool terrace which has lots of seating, a barbecue, outdoor dining furniture and outdoor tableware. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, excellent set of cooking utensils and new tableware.
Second floor
On the second floor are two large bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 3). A huge master bedroom of 50 square meters, its own bathroom with a bath tub and shower, this bedroom is the size of an average flat! The other bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Both have balconies. Excellent bed linen and towels are provided.
Third floor
On the third floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom (bedroom 4), a large terrace with heated Jacuzzi, with stunning sea and mountain views. This is your own private paradise. All terraces and balconies have top quality outdoor sofas, chairs and tables.
Outside
The cars are parked in the front yard of the villa. From there steps lead to the upper level of the plot, where there is a pool terrace, an 8 by 4 metre swimming pool (1.5 metres deep), plenty of sun loungers, pool towels, two parasols and outdoor seating areas with a built barbecue. The views of the sea, the mountains and the town are simply breath taking. It is a great area for entertaining or a quiet family dinner, lazy breakfast, all happens outside in the Mediterranean sun.
