OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Narina II sits in an enviable location just 3.5 km from the town centre of Makarska and 1.8 km from Bilosevac beach. Dotted along the Makarska Riviera you will find numerous beautiful beaches and water sports abounds. This stylish luxury family villa sleeps 8 guests and together with its sister Villa Narina I accommodates up to 16 people.
Makarska attracts with its palm-fringed promenade, and cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the pretty harbour. There is a direct ferry connection to Sumartin on Brac Island and we highly recommend a day tour to the island of Brac. The Biokovo Nature Park is only a 30 km drive away. Maybe you want to stop along the way for the Zip line in Tucepi or take in the breath taking views from the Skywalk Biokovo. There is definitively no shortage on outdoor activities.
ACCOMMODATION
The gated property is entered from the drive on the lower ground level and a flight of stairs leads to the villa entrance on the ground floor.
Ground floor
The large open plan living space with dining area and kitchen impresses with a modern design and clear lines. Large sliding doors open to an outdoor lounge and dining terrace with BBQ, and a few steps are leading down to the heated infinity pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tableware and cooking utensils.
Your entertainment needs are met in the tavern on the lower ground floor. There is a large BBQ, wooden table and benches, and PlayStation with games, a TV, and darts. Through a large window you have an underwater view of the pool.
First floor
Three individually styled double bedrooms with elegant en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a bath tub with overhead shower and the other bathrooms have walk-in showers. Two bedrooms have their own sea view balcony. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
The twin bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom is on the second floor. Enjoy the uninterrupted sea view and let the cool morning breeze envelop you. The sunsets are amazing and you won't get tired watching the ever changing evening sky.
OUTSIDE
A few steps are leading from the outside lounge to the heated infinity pool with sunbathing terrace; this is probably the place where you will spend most of your time when at the villa. The BBQ terrace with dining table and chairs is accessible from the kitchen and a fantastic place to socialise over a meal. There is parking for up to three cars.
