A luxurious, architect-designed, new villa, built in 2017, with every comfort in an amazing location which offers truly unforgettable sea views. The large living space (400 square metres) gives you a relaxing holiday environment. Villa Josephine has beautifully landscaped grounds, and the garden area (400 square metres) is well designed for sun worshipping, outdoor living and entertaining.
Luxury Villa Josephine is situated in a quiet location at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains. For the active guest there are many watersport activities available in the surrounding area, and Baska Voda with its beach bars, restaurants and shops is 4 km from the villa. Hiking and biking tours can be started right at the villa. The Makarska Riviera allures with its long pebble beaches and crystal clear sea. Come and see for yourself!
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a very large living room, separated into sitting, dining and kitchen areas, as well as one double bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The living area is a cream colour - tiled, light and sunny space for the whole family or adult groups. It has great charm and elegance, sunlight streaming through glass walls and glimpses of blue water. A perfect place to be together, whilst enjoying looking at a large stretch of the Adriatic sea with islands in the distance. It is incredibly beautiful and memorable. You will have every comfort, starting with a large, comfortable sofa and modern armchairs, stylish fireplace, TV, DVD and CD players, WiFi, large dining table for eight people. The sleek kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tea pot, cooking utensils and tableware, for a serious cook. In the utility room, there is a washing machine, iron and an ironing board; this room also stores portable fitness equipment.
First floor
On the first floor there are three irresistible double bedrooms, each with a super king size double bed. Beautiful bed linen and plenty of towels are provided, as well as wardrobes, mirrors and there are two bathrooms. The two front bedrooms have own balconies. Here you can step out and have your morning coffee, and you will never want to leave.
Lower ground floor
On this floor there is an entertainment room with billiards, darts, home cinema, gym corner and sofa bed. Although it is described as a "lower ground floor" it is actually just a ground floor at a lower level, but still above ground.
Outside
Outside, several large terraces, a balcony and atrium invite you to soak up the sun and enjoy the garden with typical Dalmatian vegetation, such as lavender, rosemary, olive, cherry and walnut trees. To the front of the property there is a beautiful lawned area (70 square metres) with sea view. Fabulous infinity swimming pool, (7 metres by 3.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep) is so gorgeous that it melts into the panoramic sea view as if it is a part of the sea. Eight sun beds, pool towels and three parasols are provided. We cannot tell you enough what an amazing view you have from the garden and pool. It is also a great area to socialise day and night, there is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi to enjoy relaxing moments with fabulous sea views, as well as the outdoor sauna.
