OVERVIEW
Nestled within the Biokovo National Park, the fully air-conditioned Luxury Family Villa Jenny has all the facilities to keep the entire family happy. Infinity pool, sauna/fitness room, a large garden, and the free use of the nearby sports facilities are a real highlight. The views are stunning and the National Park offers so many things to see and do to please everyone in your group. Or maybe you even dare to walk the Skywalk Biokovo. The Skywalk is a semi-circular glass bottom walk protruding approx 11 metres beyond the edge of the cliff; the view is matchless! And for a further adrenaline rush you might want to try the 1000 metre long Zip Line which spans a beautiful canyon in Tucepi. Another special place to visit is the Botanical garden above the village Kotisina. The 16.5 ha garden showcases natural vegetation with its native flora and was founded by a Franciscan priest and scholar for scientific research.
This luxury villa with pool was built in 2020 and makes use of modern technology and has solar panels and a charger for electric cars.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor open plan living space is welcoming and bright with a white and natural colour scheme. Modern designer sofas around the fireplace, large windows and a wooden floor and ceiling spell luxury and comfort. A glass door opens to the pool terrace. The lounge is equipped with a SAT TV and there is WiFi throughout the villa. A few steps lead from the lounge to the kitchen/dining area. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests and the modern Scandinavian style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, kitchen utensils and pretty tableware. There is also a guest toilet, laundry room and storage area on this floor.
The ground floor double bedroom has an ensuite shower and direct access to the terrace.
The owner has spared no expense and added a fitness/sauna room for your comfort and wellness.
First floor
Three further bedrooms with double bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom are on the first floor. One of the double beds can be separated into two singles. All bedrooms haven wooden floors and are tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings. The bathrooms have walk-in rain showers and modern bathroom furnishings. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The view is everything! Be it from the heated infinity pool, the sunbathing terrace, outside dining area with BBQ or from the balconies, the country and mountain views are just breath taking. The villa has a large garden laid to lawn and private parking for up to 4 cars.
