OVERVIEW
Villa Harmony is a fantastic new, modern villa built in 2018 with a living space of 320 square metres, nestled in a garden on a hill with amazing mountain and sea views. The villa is elegant, spacious and full of light, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday with plenty to do in the vicinity. The town of Baska Voda is only 3.5 km away. Here you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, great beaches and water sports. The whole region is enriched with a long string of wonderful sandy and pebbly beaches. Day trips to vibrant Makarska, fascinating Split and beautiful, historic Trogir are highly recommended. You will find canyoning, boating, white water rafting and zip lines in nearby Omis, and can explore the Krka National Park and the islands of Brac and Hvar. With all that activity, you will be busy, but also have plenty of rest in Villa Harmony.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on two floors. Ground floor has a large sea view terrace and the first floor has a house-wide long balcony overlooking the sea. There is garaging for two cars.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, modern sofas and seating, an open fireplace, designer lighting and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and new cooking utensils and tableware. The dining table sits six to eight people. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The gym and sauna are also on this floor.
First floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms, each with large new super-king size double beds (200 by 200 cm). Two of these rooms are each equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third double bedroom has a shower enclosure. Excellent bed linens and towels are provided.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean herb garden, and has unforgettable sea views. There is a swimming pool measuring 9 by 5 metres and a hot tub. The surrounding terrace is supplied with quality sun beds and parasols. Furthermore there is a BBQ, outdoor dining table and a children's playground.
