OVERVIEW
Located on a hill above the fantastic stretch of the Adriatic Sea near Makarska, this spacious villa (450 square metres of living space) offers elegant accommodation and stunning views of the sea and countryside. The main living area is on the first floor, which is also levelled with the pool terrace and the garden, again with magnificent views. Bedrooms are on the second floor and one on the ground floor. The whole area is connected with an indoor staircase.
The villa is within easy reach of wonderful beaches where you can swim in the warm Adriatic Sea. Also, beautiful and lively towns of Makarska, Omis, Split and Trogir are nearby. Make a day trip to the Krka National Park and lovely Sibenik, go to Omis' colourful market and try the amazing zip line or white water rafting on river Cetina. This is a fabulous area for culture and history, delicious food and wine and island trips to Brac and Hvar. A great place for serious or gentle cycling and hiking. Everyone who visits will be returning to this amazingly beautiful place.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with a king size double bed, and en-suite bathroom, a separate WC and a traditional Croatian summer kitchen with a rustic dining room from which there is direct access to the garden, a barbecue and a shady terrace where you can dine. This is where you can bask in the morning sun.
First floor
The first floor is of huge proportions, about 150 square metres (1500 square feet). It comprises the main sitting area with a sofa (sofa bed), satellite TV, WiFi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining table for twelve persons, a guest bathroom as well as a laundry room, gym and sauna. From the sitting room you step out onto the pool terrace with unforgettable sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. Iron, ironing board and hair driers are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor the villa has four king or queen double bedrooms with own state of the art bathrooms (1 hydro-massage bath and 3 shower rooms). Each bedroom has a private balcony with sea view. Two ot the bedrooms are south facing. All bedrooms are full of light, air conditioned and provided with TV sets, high quality bed linen and towels.
Outside
The outdoor areas of this beautiful villa are perfect for relaxing, socialising and entertaining. There is a beautiful heated pool measuring 24sqm and depth of 1.5 metres, also equipped with water and air massage systems. Around the pool are 10 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In addition, the pool is fitted with a modern water purification system. The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants and herbs.
