OVERVIEW
Villa Carnevale II is built on a slight slope below the Biokovo Mountain, which is with 1762 metres the highest mountain in Dalmatia. A special mention goes to the Biokovo Botanical Garden, which lies just above the village of Kotisina, and is dedicated to nature conservation and the protection of the Biokovo flora.
Just a short walk from the house is the local beach of Promajna, part of the Makarska Riviera. The Makarska Riviera stretches between Brela and Gradac and there are many beautiful beaches and bays to discover.
There are numerous outdoor activities on offer in the region, such as scuba diving, kayaking, boat tours, and mountain biking. For the adventurous amongst you we recommend zip lining in Tucepi or in Omis over the Cetina River.
If you are planning a holiday with family and friends this villa can be rented together with its sister villa Carnevale I, which altogether can sleep 16 guests.
ACCOMMODATION
This luxury modern villa with pool is arranged over four floors and offers a generous living area, wellness spa, gym and a lot of outdoor space. Modern design and ultimate comfort are at the heart of this stunning holiday home, and from the upper floors you have the most amazing views of the sea. There is WiFi connection throughout and air conditioning in every room.
Living area
Entering on ground floor level you get to a spacious open plan living area with large glass doors opening onto the terrace with outdoor seating, pool and outdoor dining area. The sitting area has a large sofa and armchair and a wall mounted TV. There is WiFi throughout and the modern and very stylish dining table seats eight guests. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has everything you need to cook delicious meals.
Bedrooms
There are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The tiled bathrooms have modern furnishings and walk-in showers. Each bedroom with TV, wardrobe space and balcony. There is one bedroom on the lower ground floor, two are on the first floor and another double bedroom is on the second floor. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The large balcony on the second floor has a sunbathing area with sun loungers next to the Jacuzzi.
Wellness-Spa and gym
The wellness area on the lower ground floor features a sauna, shower and gym and has large glass doors opening out to the terrace. Everything has been designed with your health and comfort in mind.
OUTSIDE
Whether you want to socialise over a meal and a good glass of wine or just cool off in the pool, the outside terrace on ground floor level is the ideal place to be. The heated pool (20m²) has a waterfall feature and the sunbathing terrace below the pool invites for some lazing in the sun. You will love to cook up a perfect storm with quality local produce on the portable BBQ next to the dining terrace. The dining terrace is right under the first floor sunbathing terrace and provides some shade. And not to forget the sunbathing terrace with Jacuzzi on the top floor; enjoy some relaxing moments and magnificent sea views.
