OVERVIEW
Situated just 150 metres walking distance from the sea modern Villa Brela Cygnus offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. The villa is fully air-conditioned and from the villa it is just a short walk (approx. 300 metres) to the centre of Brela, a small tourist town on the Makarska Riviera. Beautiful pebbly beaches, crystal clear sea and dense pine forests are marking the coast around Brela. The Punta Rata beach in Brela has been on the Forbes list of top beaches. A special natural sight is the Kamen Brela, a small rock island just off the coast near Brela. And you will definitely enjoy a walk along the 7km long seaside promenade 'Lungomare'. Hospitality and Dalmatian cuisine are big in Brela and there are many restaurants to choose from. For the active traveller there are many sports on offer, tennis, volleyball, water polo, sailing, diving, jet-skiing, cycling etc., and trips to nearby places like Dubrovnik, Split, Trogir and Mostar are highly recommended.
Rented together with neighbouring Villa Brela Albus there is room for 16 guests' altogether, an ideal arrangement for extended family or a large group of friends holidaying together. Villa Brela Cygnus is the right villa when you are looking at the villas from the sea.
ACCOMMODATION
The living space of the villa spreads over three floors. Alltogether the villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 additional double sofa bed and sleeps 6+2 guests.
Ground floor
On entering the ground floor you will step into the living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, TV and WiFi. Large sliding glass walls open to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, expresso maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, table ware and glasses. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Furthermore, the villa provides a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe.
First floor
Ground floor and first floor are connected by internal stairs.
Two bedrooms with king-size beds and wardrobe are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms with ensuite walk-in shower. Waking up in the morning to the most stunning sea view will be a memory to behold.
Second floor
The master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, TV and ensuite bathroom occupies the second floor. The bedroom has access to a balcony with seating and sun lounger. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony!
OUTSIDE
Centre stage of the ground floor terrace is the large heated infinity pool (40m²) with sunbathing terrace and a view second to none. The terraced garden is planted with Mediterranean greenery and there is a mobile electric barbecue at your disposal. Parking is available in the garage and in the gated area behind the villa.
