OVERVIEW
The village of Brela on the Makarska Riviera has a six kilometre long beach which is one of the most beautiful in Europe. The villa is virtually on the beach and you will have an amazing experience sitting by the infinity pool, looking at the blue Adriatic and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
The villa which sleeps 10 people is arranged on three floors and is extremely spacious with 580 square metres of living space and 1012 square metres of garden. The villa is built into a slope and the front door entry is on the top floor. There are four relaxing and sumptuous bedrooms, each with its own bathroom on this top level. Stairs down to the middle level take you to a fifth bedroom and the main living area with access to the pool terrace and infinity pool. The villa has Internet, satellite SMART TV in the living area and in each of the bedrooms. The location of the villa is excellent. You can easily visit the vibrant city of Makarska, with all kinds of water sports, restaurants and entertainment on offer. Also not to be misses are Split and Trogir, full of culture, history, shops, markets, also national parks of Krka Waterfalls, Biokovo mountain, famous Plitvice lakes, the interesting city of Mostar in neighbouring Bosnia, wonderful islands Brac and Hvar - so much to see and enjoy. Top floor
The magnificent master bedroom on the top floor has proportions of a small London flat with an en-suite designer bathroom (bathtub and shower, hairdryer), a walk-in wardrobe, a king size double bed and a SAT SMART TV, and opens out onto its own balcony. There are three further double bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms (shower enclosures) on this floor. Each bedroom is equipped with SAT SMART TV and has a balcony.
A spiral staircase connects the top floor with the middle floor and the main living area.
Middle floor
This floor comprises a fantastic and bright open plan living room of 50 square metres, furnished with two stylish white sofas, works of art, a solid wood dining table for 12 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, wine cooler, 4 electric hotplates, oven, fridge / freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee / cappuccino machine, juicer, toaster, blender, mixer, quality cooking utensils and tableware. The room is equipped with SAT SMART TV and has direct access to the pool terrace with magnificent sea views.
Also on this floor is the fifth double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Lower floor - Basement and gym
Luxury Villa Brela has a basement with exercise equipment, a bathroom and a laundry room with storage, iron, ironing board, washer, dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
Outside
The outdoor areas of Luxury Villa Brela are fantastic for sun bathing, relaxation, sea views, dining and socialising. Just outside the sitting room is the south- facing pool terrace with a large, heated infinity pool equipped for underwater massage. Top quality Dedon sun beds and parasols are around the pool. On the same level is the barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and the outdoor toilet. The villa has parking for three cars.
