OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Stephanie with pool is located close to a small picturesque village and only a 500 metres from the coast. The nearest wild beach is just a short walk away and Hvar town with its narrow cobbled streets and old town squares is the go to place. Beautiful Stari Grad has a rich history and is just a short drive away (3 km). There are plenty of land and water based outdoor activities to choose from on the island of Hvar and we would highly recommend a boat trip to discover the beauty of the many islands, bays and hidden coves.
Private luxury family Villa Stephanie is one of ten fully air conditioned holiday homes in a new estate, surrounded by pine and olive trees. There is a communal bar offering drinks, coffee and refreshments, which is open every day, and a well-equipped playground for your children to enjoy.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Luxury Villa Stephanie has a stylish open plan living/dining area with modern kitchen. The spacious living area has comfortable sofas, smart TV, WiFi connection, and direct access to a terrace with fabulous sea views. A fully equipped kitchen offers all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, tableware cutlery and kitchen utensils. The dining table sits eight people comfortably. There is also an iron and ironing board, and baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. The guest toilet is on the ground floor as well.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Imagine yourself waking up in the morning and just stepping outside to take a dip in the pool enjoying the glorious view of the sea.
First floor
Stairs leading up to the first floor with two double bedrooms with ensuite shower. Let the time pass by and enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on the balcony.
Bedlinen, towels and hairdryer are provided.
OUTSIDE
The lovely garden is surrounded by a natural stone wall and planted with fragrant lavender and Mediterranean shrubs. A beautifully paved sunbathing terrace with sun loungers by the private pool and a canopied daybed invite to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the sea and the surrounding area. Get together for your evening meals on the covered barbecue and dining terrace and enjoy tasty dishes cooked with local produce.
The villa offers an electric golf cart rental for easy transfer to the nearest beach, upon request.
