OVERVIEW
Modern, comfortable, just right … these words come to mind when thinking of luxury Villa Santelle with pool. This private family villa offers a fantastic home away from home and your kids will love to be outside in the garden, swimming in the pool or playing at the communal playground of the holiday estate. Next to the playground is a small bar serving drinks, coffee and other refreshments. The beach is not far and a golf cart can be rented on request to make it a bit easier to get there. There are numerous outdoor activities to choose from such as cycling, caving, hiking, water sports and many more. Should you be travelling with a larger group, there are a further nine similar luxury villas on the estate which can be rented together.
The island of Hvar itself is a wonderful place to be. Its mild climate attracts guests throughout the year and fields of lavender, ancient olive trees and vineyards give the island a special flair. Ferries are running regularly between Split and Stari Grad on Hvar and the crossing takes about 2 hours.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a bright open plan living area which is kept in cream and warm brown tones. The comfortable sofas can be extended to sleep two additional guests. For your entertainment the villa offers smart TV and WiFi connection. Two double glass doors open from the living/ dining area to the terrace. The dining table easily sits eight people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tableware and glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. The guest toilet is on the ground floor as well.
One of the double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and bathtub is on the ground floor and benefits from direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. From the upstairs landing you can access a sunny balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the early morning sun and beautiful sunsets.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
A few steps lead from the covered barbecue and dining area to the private pool terrace surrounded by sun loungers. There is private parking for your car and the kids can also use the communal play ground on the estate.
